The toolbox resource is designed for you to dip into when you need to bring down pain levels at home. This not only helps you to get a handle on pain, but it also teaches your brain and nervous system to produce it less, whilst also training it to deal with stressors in a more productive way, that doesn’t end up with pain being the result.
